Bodegas y Viñedos de Hoz Salduea is located in the region of Fuentemolinos (Burgos) where Brothers Francisco Javier y Enrique de Hoz Salduea inhered from its ancestors the wine elaboration tradition and part of the vineyard the own nowadays.
Their total production is composed by red wine; the whole vintage process is carried out manually paying careful attention to grape selection to achieve the optimum quality standard.
The grape varieties include: 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.  Cosecha Red Wine, Roble Red Wine, Crianza 2001 y Reserva 2001.

Nowadays the winery owns 25 hectares located in 6 municipalities different from Ribera del Duero D.O., a region where history and traditions are closely related to wine. Land parcels carefully selected are specially oriented to maximize grape cultivation in combination with modern facilities and stainless steel warehouses.

Bodegas y Viñedos de Hoz Sualdea guarantees a careful elaboration during the whole wine producing by keeping temperature and humidity stable like the old wineries and at the same time controlling the aromas and taste with latest enological techniques.
