Founded 50 years ago, Ceusa is the second oldest ceramic tile company in Brazil. Today, it is renowned nationwide for the excellent quality of its the ceramic tiles.
Manufactured with advanced technology, CEUSA brand products are designed for the more discerning consumer who is looking for quality, practicality, combined with the beauty of art, while offering the latest international trends in colors and shapes, and all within a single product.
Concern for the future is not just confined to the production quality of the ceramic pieces, but also includes the quality of life and the environment.
Industrial scrap is recycled; water used is fully reused in the process itself without releasing any effluent into the environment while modern dust collecting equipment assures the containment of particled material.
As a result of this strict control, CEUSA received the Fritz Muller Award in 2000 presented by the Environmental Foundation and, for three consecutive years (2002 to 2004), has been awarded the Expressão Ecology Award given by Expressão magazine and FINEP.
All employees have secondary school education, with more than 35% having completed university courses.
The certificates and rewards received over the past few years in recognition of the quality of CEUSA’s products are all a result of the above effort.
The company has ISO 9001 certification, granted by the German BRTUV Institute, and ISO 13006, granted by the Brazil-Inmetro Ceramics Center. In addition to this, two of the company’s product lines won the ANAMACO Award in 1999 and 2000, given by the National Association of Building Material Merchants.
Today, CEUSA enjoys the position of top company in the ceramic tile sector, and not through following trends but by creating trends.
Throughout its existence, CEUSA has constantly sought to broaden its markets, and is currently present in all the small, medium and large stores in regions throughout Brazil, in addition to the large number of Brazilian contractors and various countries around the world, such as: Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Chile, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, USA, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Aruba, Curacao, Jamaica and others.
Show rooms have been set up in the main wholesale/retail stores selling building materials.
Participation in trade shows and other events through partnerships with architectural and decorating companies and related professionals is all a part of our marketing strategy.
CEUSA products are intended for the A and B class publics. Its main products are: Flooring and enameled tiles; flooring and polished and/or rectified tiles, special as well as porcelain pieces. All of these products are on the market.
A production package is put together to complement the product mix of other companies, thus being produced with these brands.
All productive activities are concentrated at the factory unit in Urussanga.
