2D Card Rendering

For custom patterns, we will provide 2D CAD renderings at each stage of development at full scale, thus making design modifications more simplified. Like a paper strike-off, a 2D CAD rendering is only a simulation. You must approve a carpet strike-off before we can commence a production order.

Carpet Strike Off
With Design Origins’ advanced Chromojet and CYP patterning, a carpet strike-off offers exceptional representation of your finished product. Yarn characteristics, pattern scale, color value, and color placement will be extremely accurate.

Paper Strike Off
While custom coloring patterned carpet once involved considerable trial and error, with digitized printing, we can now simulate a number of possibilities on our patterns in a matter of minutes. Taking advantage of this important preliminary step will save considerable time. However, a paper strike-off is only a simulation. You must approve a carpet strike-off before we can commence a production order.

Custom Patterns

Design Origins offers complete custom pattern design services. Custom designs are available for as little as 500 square yards. Our design team utilizes state of the art CAD systems and is available to assist you in developing your own unique patterns or to simply make modifications to our existing pattern selections. Patterns can be developed as quickly as ten days.
