Eu-Steel is a non-juridical association of the assets of several corporations with common shareholders – an assetless merger. It is an alternative to the usual methods of concentration (mass acquisition or global merger). Our Product Managers know how to concentrate on their specific business apitudes and how to develop their respective markets. Through partnerships we have succeeded in maximizing the core business and in identifying new opportunities.
