Our extra virgin olive oil is made with 100% arbequina olives from the Siurana area of Catalonia. The harvest is carried out from November through January using traditional methods in order to ensure the high quality of both the fruit and the olive oil. Our olive oil stands out for its ripe fruit, similar to bananas, and fresh herb aroma. It has a sweet flavour with a slight hint of fresh almonds. The firm also produces hazelnut, almond, walnut and pistachio oils and pumpkin seed oil, which are excellent for salads, smoked fished and even desserts. The great novelty of the firm are the combined virgin olive oils: lemon-olive and orange-olive. These are obtained by grinding and pressing arbequina olives together with Mediterranean lemons and oranges. New sensations, ideal for salad dressings, fish and seafood. When used for frying, they keep the crusty textures.
