In the year of 2002 it was created the Nacional Institute of Yerba Mate (INYM).

Its objective was, and will be, as the law of creation was, to promote and to strengthen the developing of production, manufacturing, industrialization, marketing and consuming
of the Yerba Mate and derives in its different ways of consumes and uses, searching the
supporting of the different sectors involved in this activity.

For it, the representatives of the Nation, with the ones of Misiones and Corrientes Province and all representatives from the yerbatera activity joined forces.
From the beginning the INYM has participated in numerous events National and International wide, promoting the Yerba Mate. We was at SIAL Paris, Caminos y Sabores,
EXPOCRUZ Bolivia, China, etc.

Today we have the honor of participate in the International Fair of SIAL MERCOSUR, where
the people could taste the infusion and know the culture that is around the Mate.
