Andean cereals and grains: Quinua, Quinua Flour, Kañihua, Amaranth, Andean Lupin or Tarwi, Kidney Beans, Lima beans and Giant White Corn.

Spices and colorants: Oregano, Anise, Paprika, Chili.

Olives: Alphonse and Green.
