The LLOYD shoe factory shows quality and exclusiveness on every collection of shoes and accessories.
The company founded in 1888 moved to Sulingen in 1942. The brand name LLOYD was created in the 1920s. At that time, the company was trying to find a name for quality shoes that by being somewhat out of the ordinary would attract customers on the foreign markets. In the end, the brand name LLOYD was chosen and registered. It can still be found in a nearly unchanged design on every LLOYD shoe. In the Micam 2007 Shoevent, LLOYD present their woman´s collection, men`s collection and a variety of accessories, high quality and exclusiveness are the first feature of LLOYD shoes. LLOYD not only uses the very latest technology, the company also ensures that it is combined with modern methods of work organization. In 2000, LLOYD opened the "shoe factory of the future" in Sulingen, the company's home base.
