Mustang Jeans makes an imaginary trip to the birthplace of American punk rock: . Dressed in Blackberry, Fuchsia Pink, Black and Ceylon Yellow; striped top with a short, tight nylon blouson and slim-fit jeans. Raw Denim and leather-look flat weaves. Cardigans cover tops with large checks, blouses catch the eye with confident Vichy check and Acid Stripes. Mustang shifts the focus of the Fall and Winter 2009/2010 collection from urban to rural, contrasting the party atmosphere of the 1980s against the tough working life of genuine American farmers in the thirties and forties. The result: a Used Look combined with the spirit of modern times provides inspiration for all kinds of attractive details – including dirtied sections, destroyed edges and three-dimensional whiskers.
