An annual international gathering in Mexico that brings together, local and international producers, manufacturers, distributors, hotel, catering and food and hospitality professionals.
The main exhibition encompasses the full range of food and beverage sectors: dairy products, sweets, cakes and pastries, bread and baked goods, fruit and vegetables, meat and meat products, fish and seafood, canned and frozen foods, non-alcoholic beverages, spirits and wine.
