Sigep 2010 – Artisan Ice-Cream, Patissery and Bread Trade Show.

Sigep, the trade show dedicated to ice cream, pastry and bread industry will take place from January 23rd to 27th, 2010 after 30 years of success in artisan industry.
Sigep is acknowledged as the world’s most important artisan ice cream, confectionery industry trade show and it is also gaining importance in artisan bakery field. After 30 years of success, Sigep is presenting a new edition with all the innovations in the industry.
The trade show Sigep displays all raw materials and ingredients, basic products, plant machinery and systems, furnishing and fittings, decorations and displays, product presentation accessories and services for the artisan ice cream and bakery trades.
Sigep includes thematic areas, international contests, demonstrations, updating conferences and seminars and all the news in the sector. The trade show is divided into different areas on specialties like: Ice cream, confectionery, chocolate, coffee, decoration, bakery, furnishing and fittings, pizza and fresh pasta.
