Trade Show Statistics CeBIT 2007

6,153 exhibitors from 77 different countries - 480,000 Visitors

Featuring overall attendance of approximately 480,000 (an increase of more than 10 percent compared with 2006), deals worth around 11 billion euros and a rich array of innovations geared to business users, the public sector, prosumers and consumers, CeBIT 2007 was abuzz with activity from beginning to end.

As this year's official Partner Country, the Russian Federation fielded some 170 exhibitors, who together impressively underscored Russia's vast potential as an ICT nation. Another standout feature of CeBIT 2007: the most comprehensive and enriching program of conferences and seminars in the event's history.

Attendees from abroad accounted for 106,000 of the total, with visitors from 100 different nations making the trip to Hannover. The visitor turnout from Asia and North America was particularly strong.

Contentment was widespread among the show's 6,153 exhibitors (from 77 different countries), who indicated being "pleased" or "very pleased" with the increased number and quality of business contacts generated during the show.
