The second edition of the Nespresso international design competition invites the design students from the best international schools "to investigate the new forms of luxury".
CoffeeLuxury invites aspiring designers to shake up the established codes in order to combine "praticality and luxury whether it is in the terms of simplicity, of performance or of perfection". A prestigious jury, consisting of Matali Crasset, Patrick Norguet, Alberto Alessi, Gilda Bojardi, Giulio Cappellini, Konstantin Grcic, Alfredo Häberli and Ineke Hans will designate the most innovative projects. "With CoffeeLuxury, we offer tomorrow’s artists, an international platform around the new expressions of luxury, conducive in enriching the Nespresso trilogy (the coffee, the machines and the service), declared Gerhard Berssenbrügge, CEO of Nestlé Nespresso.
