Pure London 2007: In High Spirits

More than 50 young creative designs will sit together in the further expanded Spirit section at Pure this 5-7 August 2007. In an adjoining hall of its own, Pure Spirit will bring exciting yet to be discovered labels, favourite names and exclusive brands that cannot be seen at any UK show.

Joining this season new additions include Criminal Clothing who will showcase a chic and feminine collection. With quirky punk influences they use a colourful palette with edgy prints and illustrations. Buyers will also be able to see their men's range, which is also punk inspired with air force and tailoring details, using metal yarns; Blood & Glitter who are known for their traditional jeans heritage will bring both their s/s 08 women's and men's collections. Indigo yarn and dyed jersey are used in tops accentuating the love for vintage denim.  Graphics focus on the brands heritage with inspiration being drawn from its original crest logo.  Rock ’n’ Roll graphics continue to be a passion with casino influences featuring colourful summer prints; DPM Gold, high end label will also show their menswear collection and Lipsy will be launching the Lipsy Denim range that can be worn with signature tops and dresses reflecting glamour and youth.
 
Returning names De Puta Madre, creator taking inspiration from no guns and no drugs slogans, has over the years evolved as a well respected and recognized brand; Gestuz will be bringing a style of scandal and sweetness offering a breath of raw and rocket glamour. The s/s 08 collection is wild, but extremely charming, striking, sexy and laid-back; Eucalyptus show off a new s/s 08 collection that offers originality and quirkiness, focusing on feminine designs; presenting new ranges this August La Rocka! will bring a fresh life into rock & roll chic, with individual lines from singlets, tops and t's to knickers, jeans and skirts mixing and matching classic images from rock’s past, present and future; and Mr Freedom will showcase fashion-conscious contemporary designs from striking t-shirts, hoodies and tops to sexy skirts, dresses, leggings and shorts.

On the entire upper level at Pure, running across the two ready-to-wear halls, Pure Accessories will showcase a comprehensive collection from fine jewellery to fashion gems, flat soles to stilettos, belts and hats to wraps, oversized shoppers to luxurious evening bags, and every day pouches to match any given occasion. Key signature brands showing include; Irregular Choice;  Fly London; Holster; Melissa; Sam Ubhi Signature Range;  Ophelie Hats;  Salvador Sapena; Terry De Havilland; 100%sri, Azuni, Royal Belts; matt & nat, Foxy Original; Billy Bag  and Strutt Couture among its more than 350 brands on show.
 
Pure will see the biggest S/S 08 edition to date. Offering three times daily catwalk shows, and trend talks, Pure will be packed with over 800 fresh collections throughout its four halls of fashion and accessories.
