On 17th July, the Pre-Registration Facility Was Activated on the Web Page for the International Road Safety and Equipment Exhibition, TRAFIC, to Be Staged at IFEMA between 2nd and 5th October A New Tool for Facilitating Communication between Exhibitors and Visitors on trafic.ifema.es

Last Tuesday 17th July, some two and a half months before the staging of the International Road Safety and Equipment Exhibition, the pre-registration facility on the TRAFIC web page  (www.trafic.ifema.es) was activated. This new option enables trade visitors to pre-register for the first time, enabling them to gain access to a large number of benefits. For example, those who register between now and 27th September will be able to print up a trade visitor pass, which they can exchange at the accreditation desk upon arrival at the fair for a ticket at a reduced price.
 
Furthermore, visitors can sign up for the 'Meeting-Point' of Trafic, a new tool that facilitates communication between exhibitors and visitors, with a view to enabling them to make optimum preparations for their visit.

Furthermore, by taking part in the Trade Meeting-Point, visitors will be able to benefit from other services, such as the following: they can announce their attendance at TRAFIC to the entire industry; they can discover the exhibitors' new features directly and in advance, with exhibitors being able to  target them directly with their information releases; and they can gain access to the Meetings Manager in order to arrange appointments prior to the commencement of the fair with the participating companies. In order to obtain these advantages, visitors must register first. Once they have done so, they will receive an access password to the service which will allow them to request appointments with exhibitors by using the online catalogue. This catalogue constitutes a highly useful tool in terms of preparing for their visit to the fair and organising the optimal route to follow, given that it enables visitors to search for and locate the participating companies according to sector of activity, product, country or origin, etc.

The International Road Safety and Equipment Exhibition, TRAFIC will stage its next edition between 2nd and 5th October 2007 at Feria de Madrid. To date, both the number of participating companies and the exhibition area occupied at the last edition of the fair have been surpassed, based on a total of 285 exhibitors from 26 countries and a net exhibition area measuring more than 6,300 square metres.
