At Santiago the Restaurant Ponle Cacao receives the guests with a different and totally innovating proposal: each table becomes a kitchen, where guests prepare their plates.

Ponle Cacao proposes rescuing the place where the family meets and spends most their time creating better communication spaces: the kitchen.

Premises have been prepared with original furniture, after making the design and feasibility architectonic studies; each table is equipped with a concave disc located in the center under an air extractor.

Chef does not exist; the own guests, reunited around the fire and advised by the waiters, cook their own plates.

The very simple recipes on the very fresh products of the orchard, seafood, pig meat, poultry basis, transforms the Ponle Restaurant Cacao into an interactive and relaxed space.

The warmth of the place is completed by the wood and metal mixture and the bricks at sight walls.
They define themselves: “Ponle Cacao a Restaurant done with talent.”
